This pouch was made as a small intro project into leathercraft. Designed by me and entirely hand tooled, it features a round edge cross stitch to embellish the sides, loops at the back to attach it to a belt and is fastened with a brass effect buckle.

I knew I wanted the front design to be flowing and nature inspired so I decided to link the pouch to my dagger project, imagining they both belong to the same character. The hare and wheat are both symbols of abundance and prosperity and are often associated with the cycle of life and death. I Imagined the character wearing it as a talisman for good fortune, as well as to safeguard its contents.
